What does it take to become a full-time volunteer at El Nahual? The following list provides an idea of some of the core skills that we are looking for. Required • At least Intermediate level of Spanish, though Advanced preferred. • Demonstrated commitment to Community Development / Social Justice. • Minimum time commitment of 2 months. • Evidence of initiative taking / self starting capacity. • Endless amount of enthusiasm and motivation to drive change! Preferred • Written communication skills in Spanish language. • Experience of living / travelling / working in Latin American. **We accept "volunteer only" participants all year-round depending on our current need and the number of students studying with us.
